After a long run of 570-plus years mass-produced printed books, based on the Gutenberg press, appear to be on the decline, the latest technology in a long string of technologies that have succumbed to digital tools. The printing press spawned our modern world with all its wonders and woes.  We are in a similar situation today. This assemblage artwork by ANNA AGTMA responds with originality and imagination to the problem of changing interest and technology in book making. The artwork rethinks book culture of the past.
